Orders: Orders are placed via our website or following a technical survey. Acceptance occurs when either the customer signs our official Order Form or  we send a formal Order Confirmation email. Accuracy of measurements provided by the customer is their sole responsibility.3. Bespoke Nature: All doors are handcrafted and made-to-measure. Consequently, once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or changed, and the statutory right to cancel under distance selling regulations does not apply to these custom goods.4. Pricing & Payment: Prices are as quoted at the time of order. Full payment is required or a deposit taken as specified during checkout before production commences.5. Delivery: We offer free delivery to UK mainland addresses. For international or non-mainland orders, please contact us for a bespoke shipping quote. Risk passes to you upon delivery; title passes once full payment is received.6. Quality & Warranty: We guarantee our doors for 5 years against faulty goods or workmanship. This may exclude things like locks, hinges, hardware and finish which carry their own manufacturers guarantee. against manufacturing defects. If a product is faulty, we will repair or replace it in accordance with your statutory rights.7. Returns: Standard returns do not apply to bespoke items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.8. Liability: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or where prohibited by law.9. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
