All customers must make sure they fully understand our Terms & Conditions prior to order. These are listed on the back of your ORDER FORM . If Orders are made remotely (ie via internet / e-mail etc) a copy of the Terms & Conditions and the ORDER FORM will be sent to the customer for acceptance.

Internet orders may be subject to UK distance selling rules.

Customers requiring works to commence immediately may waive any 'Cooling off' or distance selling period by signing the appropriate waiver on the Order Form or  by the customer sending e-mail confirmation.
